Iryna, or Iry for short, first discovered yoga as a way to overcome her lower back injuries. She began a regular yoga practice in 2011 and never looked back. What first started as a workout for rehabilitation, soon turned into a love for mental clarity and the increase of functional range of motion. Throughout the years Iry continued to explore various types of yoga, initially starting with traditional Ashtanga practice, then also incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa, Moksha and Power yoga styles into her practice.
Iry is trained in Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. Her classes are a dynamic fusion of Hatha + Vinyasa flow with energizing elements of Power yoga, connecting movement with breath. Working on balancing the mind and the body, her classes are great for beginners as well as intermediate practitioners. Additionally, she loves facilitating one-on-one private sessions, to deepen your individual practice by concentrating on breath work and proper alignment of the body.
